MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) – The New York City St. Patrick’s Day parade will march through the streets of Manhattan this weekend.

The parade, which was first held in 1762, is the oldest and largest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the world, according to its website.

Around 150,000 people march in the parade, which is expected to draw about 2 million spectators, organizers said.
