has reached a boiling point, and in the most recent episode of SmackDown, the members of The Bloodline went too far. As they do every week, Solo Sikoa,
Jacob Fatu
, Tama Tonga, and Tanga Loa launched a vicious assault on the Undisputed WWE Champion
Cody Rhodes
. This time, the attack was particularly brutal, culminating in a triple powerbomb that sent Cody crashing through the announce table.
Kevin Owens was also targeted and suffered from this brutal act.
The Bloodline attacks Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens
This week on SmackDown, the main event featured an electrifying tag team match between Grayson Waller, Austin Theory, Cody Rhodes, and Kevin Owens. The match was spectacular, with Cody and Kevin receiving enthusiastic responses from the crowd. In the end, Cody and Kevin triumphed over Grayson and Austin. However, moments after their victory, The Bloodline members Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tanga Loa stormed the ring. Cody immediately launched a skydive over the top rope onto them, while Kevin tackled Tanga Loa.
Cody and Kevin dominated the scene, even clearing the announce table to throw Solo Sikoa into it. But then, The Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu, arrived and viciously attacked them. Solo, Tama, and Tanga dragged Cody out of the ring while Jacob continued his brutal assault on Kevin, using the Samoan Wrecking Ball until Kevin fainted. Outside the ring, Solo, Tama, and Tanga delivered a triple powerbomb to Cody through the announce table.
In the end, Jacob honored Solo with the Ula Fala necklace, and The Bloodline closed the show with their signature Acknowledge taunt.
The Bloodline has a serious problem with The American Nightmare, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens. It has become a trend on SmackDown for The Bloodline members to attack either the Undisputed WWE Champion, Kevin Owens, or Randy Orton each week. How these men will settle their scores remains unknown. The only confirmed match for WWE SummerSlam is the Undisputed WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Solo Sikoa.
Given Jacob Fatu's brutal attack on Kevin Owens, WWE might schedule a one-on-one match between these two superstars at SummerSlam. At the event, fans could see a tag team match featuring Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Randy Orton against Kevin Owens.
