BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A woman was hit and killed by bricks falling from a brownstone in Brooklyn Tuesday, police said.
The incident happened at 5402 6th Ave. in Sunset Park around 12:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.
Bricks fell from the framework around the front door of the three-story brownstone and hit the 74-year-old victim, FDNY officials said.
The woman who died lived in the building, according to police.
