Woman found dead in Inwood Hill Park: NYPD

INWOOD, Manhattan (PIX11) -- A woman was found dead at Inwood Hill Park on Sunday evening, according to the NYPD.

Police received a 911 call of a body found at around 5:16 p.m.

The woman appears to have been in her 50s, police say. The Office of the Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

Police say there was no trauma to the body.

No other information was made immediately available.
