'Winning Wednesday': NJ Lottery offers a second chance at winning $100K

NEW JERSEY (PIX11) -- Second chances are rare, but on Wednesday the New Jersey Lottery will be giving all Jersey Cash 5 tickets a second shot.

It is the lottery’s latest promotional installment called “Winning Wednesday.” There is no extra cost to players.

Here’s how New Jersey Lottery’s Winning Wednesday promotion works:

After the regular Jersey Cash 5 drawing on Wednesday, a second set of Jersey Cash 5 numbers and a second XTRA number will be drawn. All players with a Cash 5 ticket have a second chance to win the top prize jackpot of $100,000.

Players will also be eligible to win secondary prizes.
