Winning TAKE 5 lottery ticket sold on Staten Island worth $36k

NEW YORK (PIX11) – A winning lottery ticket valued at $ 36,461.50 was sold for Friday’s Take 5 evening draw, the New York Lottery announced on Saturday.

The winning draw was sold at a shopping complex located at 262 Arden Avenue on Staten Island.

The lucky winner matched all five numbers needed to take home the top-winning prize. The winning numbers for Friday evening's drawing were 9, 11, 29, 35 and 39.

To redeem a winning prize, you will need to provide:

Your winning ticket
A filled-out claim form
A valid government-issued ID
A valid Social Security Number or FEIN

Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their winning prize.
