That's called Billionaires' Row.
Billionaires' Row refers to luxury rental towers near Central Park and 57th Street, according to real estate brokerage Serhant. Current listings on Zillow show that Billionaires' Row properties can go for as much as $195 million. That's for a seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom condo.
These are some of the buildings considered to be part of Billionaires' Row, according to Manhattan Miami Real Estate:
One57
This building isn't just home to residences, it also has a Park Hyatt hotel inside. Residential amenities include a library, movie theater, gym, and a conference and private dining room. There is a one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo available for $3.95 million, according to the building's website.
111 West 57th Street
Boasting amenities such as an outdoor terrace, lap pool, tennis court, golf simulator, and children's playroom, 111 West 57th St. has coined itself "a modern masterpiece," according to the building's website. Available listings range from a three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom condo for $12.5 million to a four-bedroom/5.5-bathroom penthouse for $56 million.
Central Park Tower
Central Park Tower is the tallest residential building in the world. Its amenities include hotel-style services, Michelin-starred chefs, an outdoor swimming pool, a private park, and a fitness and wellness program. A two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom condo costs $8.5 million, while a five-bedroom/5.5-bathroom condo costs $65 million.
220 Central Park South
Some features of 220 Central Park South include a doorman, concierge, exercise room, central laundry room, and elevators. A two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom condo costs $13.65 million, while a three-bedroom/3.5-bath condo costs $32.75 million.
432 Park Avenue
432 Park Ave. was the previous record-holder of the tallest residential building in the world. It features wine cellars, studios for purchase for your personal staff, a screening room, a billiards room, a library, and concierge staff who can handle anything from booking travel to celebrity guest appearances. There is a three-bedroom/4.5-bathroom condo for close to $17 million.

53W53 offers amenities like 24-hour concierge service, pet walking and grooming, floral delivery, housekeeping, and more. A one-bedroom/1.5-bathroom condo costs $3.2 million, while a four-bedroom/3.5-bathroom penthouse is available for over $63 million.
Around 44% of the condos on Billionaires' Row remained unsold in 2021, per Serhant. Condos sold on the strip had an average price of around $22 million, while the average price for a penthouse was $76 million, Serhant reported.
