NEW DELHI: The

West Indies A cricket team

arrived in Nepal on Wednesday for a five-match T20I series beginning in Kirtipur on April 27. All five games in the series will be held at the

Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground

in Kirtipur.
Upon their arrival at the Kathmandu International Airport, the West Indies players were spotted loading their own luggage onto a small vehicle, commonly known as a 'chota haathi' in India.

The five-match series is part of the West Indies' preparations for the

ICC T20 World Cup 2024

.
The West Indies, who are co-hosting the ICC T20 World Cup with the USA, are in Group C.
Their group includes Papua New Guinea, Uganda, New Zealand, and Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, Nepal is in Group D, alongside the Netherlands, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Bangladesh.
