In a video posted on social media by MI, Rohit could be seen hugging KKR skipper Shreyas Iyer and wicketkeeper KS Bharat, and have a brief conversation with Rinku Singh, who finds himself among the four reserve players for India's T20 World Cup squad.

He then also exchanged pleasantries with KKR mentor Gautam Gambhir.

While Kolkata sit pretty at No. 2 on the points table with 12 points from six wins in nine matches, five-time champions Mumbai Indians are on the doorstep of exit with only three wins in 10 matches.
