Abhishek smashed an unbeaten 75 in just 28 balls in SRH's whirlwind win over Lucknow Super Giants, which saw the Hyderabad team racing to their target of 166 in just 9.4 overs for a 10-wicket win as Abhishek's opening partner Travis Head hit an equally blistering 89 not out off a mere 30 balls.
After the win, Abhishek was spotted talking to someone on his phone, and when the SRH opener was interviewed on live broadcast after the match, the anchor asked him who he was talking to.
But nobody expected the answer that Abhishek gave.
"I was talking to my mom dad. They were scheduled to come for this match but unfortunately I booked them a flight for home (from another location). I had to book (air tickets) for Hyderabad but I booked for Amritsar."
