QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A scaffolding collapsed from a Queens building Wednesday night and crashed onto a parked car, FDNY officials said.
The collapse occurred at 9:41 p.m. at 45-45 46th St, according to officials. Citizen video shows the blue scaffolding hanging from the side of the building.
First responders taped off the scene and reported no one was injured in the collapse.
It is unclear why the scaffolding fell, however, some are speculating the extreme winds in the city Wednesday night might have caused the scaffolding to become unstable.
