Indian team
's dressing room, batting legend Vivian Richards praised
Rishabh Pant
for his remarkable recovery from a horrible accident and expressed his support to
Rohit Sharma
and his team.
The West Indian great took part in the Indian team's fielding medal ceremony following their Super Eight victory over
Bangladesh
on Saturday at the stadium named after him in Antigua.

The 72-year-old was delighted to see "pocket rocket" Rishabh Pant back in action, according to PTI.
"Pant it's great to see you back here after what you have been through. We would have missed the great talent and what you have to offer in the future."

"Well done today, going all the way?" he asked the Indian cricketers.
"What can I say to a team that is already so powerful? You have a good thing going here and I can only say that if the guys in maroon don't get it done, I will be backing you. Is that reasonable enough?
"As a Caribbean person, really good to see what you have here," Richards said.
The West Indies great presented the fielding medal award to
Suryakumar Yadav
for his brilliant catch in the outfield at square leg to dismiss opener Litton Das.
With four points from two games and a solid +2.425 net run rate, India lead their group.
Next up for them is their final Super Eights matchup against Australia.
