Social media is abuzz with celebrity moments from the pre-wedding festivities for

Anant Ambani

's wedding with Radhika Merchant, and in another such video circulating on the internet, India's iconic captain MS Dhoni could be seen exchanging greetings with film director Atlee Kumar of 'Jawan' fame.

At one of the functions over the weekend, Dhoni met Atlee and was seen exchanging words with the 37-year-old Bollywood director. Dhoni and Sakshi later posed for a picture with actress Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of late Sridevi.

Dhoni and Sakshi reached Jamnagar on Friday and were also captured playing dandiya with Mukesh Ambani and former West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo during one of the gala nights part of the programme.
Also among the high-profile guests from the cricket world were batting legend Sachin Tendulkar, former India pacer Zaheer Khan, current India captain Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav and Afghanistan's Rashid Khan, besides many more. Also, overseas cricketers, including those who play for the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League, were also invited.


The Mumbai Indians is owned by a subsidiary of Reliance Industries.
Several Bollywood celebrites, including Amitab Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani were also part of the pre-wedding gala.

To add more glitter to the presence of India's silver screen and cricket stars, international singer Rihanna performed at one of the functions.
Also among the list of reportedly 1200 invitees were Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Sunder Pichai and Ivanka Trump.
