donated 150
electric tricycles
to
physically challenged beneficiaries
at
Atmakur assembly constituency
in Nellore district on Sunday.
The electric tricycles were handed over to each beneficiary in the presence of state endowments minister
Anam Ramnarayana Reddy
and MLC Beeda Ravichandra Yadav at Atmakur on Sunday morning.
Vemireddy told reporters that around 600 electric tricycles worth approximately Rs.2.4 cr have been distributed to beneficiaries in the assembly constituencies of Kovur, Udayagiri, Kandukur and Atmakur. Nellore MP added that 450 more tricycles will be donated free of cost to beneficiaries in the Kavali, Nellore city and rural assembly segments soon.
Meanwhile, Anam Ramnarayana Reddy, who is also the Atmakur legislator, thanked Nellore MP for fulfilling the election promise extended to the voters of Nellore.
Speaking to reporters later, Anam Ramnarayana Reddy stated that the Atmakur assembly constituency was witnessing comprehensive development on all fronts ever since the TDP led NDA govt came to power in the state.
“The Somasila high level canal works which were completely neglected during the YSRCP regime is all set to restart now with assurances from Chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu himself. The HRD ministry has accorded approval for shifting the ITI institute from the polytechnic college premises to permanent buildings at Sangam. These buildings will be donated by former MP Lagadapati Rajagopal”, Endowments minister added.
Anam also stated that the district hospital will soon be established at Atmakur constituency headquarters and the hospital will be upgraded to a 200 bedded hospital soon.
