ELMONT, N.Y. (PIX11) -- The 40th anniversary of the Video Music Awards is returning to New York at the UBS Arena this fall.
The VMA's will kick off in Long Island on Sept. 10, after being hosted at the Prudential Center in New Jersey for the past two years.
“We’re excited to bring this year’s VMAs to UBS Arena, one of the country’s newest and most cutting edge,” said a VMA executive. “Celebrating one of music’s biggest night with the incredible, robust New York area fans is something we’ve been looking forward to the moment last year’s show ended.”
Performers at the 2023 VMAs included Shakira, Olivia Rodrigo, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion.
