at Tirumala on Tuesday.

questioned the hoteliers and the pilgrims alike whether food items were being provided at rates prescribed by the Devasthanams.
Similarly, during his inspections at various guesthouses and Cottages at Tirumala on Tuesday, Syamala Rao questioned the engineering department officials about the budgetary allocations made for renovation of guesthouses and Cottages in the recent times.
The new TTD EO, who has been tasked with the responsibility of streamlining various pilgrim services, has held a series of meetings with senior officials of the Devasthanams and has also conducted several inspections at the queue lines, Narayanagiri sheds, Nithya annaprasadam canteen etc, during the last two days.
