DONGAN HILLS, Staten Island (PIX11) -- A truck drove into scaffolding on Staten Island, sending several people to the hospital, according to officials.

The scaffolding was struck after a large truck hit eight cars. The accident sent four people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries near Richmond Road and Rour Corners Road around 3 p.m., according to the FDNY.
