MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- President Joe Biden and former presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton visited New York City for a fundraiser Thursday.
Their arrival drew protesters and required a large security presence, which contributed to traffic gridlock in Midtown Manhattan.
