Traffic alert: Portions of Long Island roads to be closed for Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride

LONG ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) -- On July 19, the Wounded Warrior Soldier Ride will take place on Long Island.

The ride will start at 9:30 a.m. from Babylon Town Hall in Lindenhurst and end around 12:30 p.m. at Overlook Beach. Drivers are asked to use alternate routes when traveling the following roads, as portions will be used for the ride:

Sunrise Highway
Hoffman Avenue
Route 110
Montauk Highway
Wellwood Avenue
Little East Neck Road
Robert Moses Causeway
