He mentioned that the trollers never miss an opportunity to mock him and Mammootty, especially when a new action film featuring Mammootty hits the theaters. Although Tini Tom has only performed as a body double for Mammootty in one or two films, the false narrative has taken a toll on their relationship.

Reflecting on a recent incident, Tini Tom shared, “When I went to the shooting set of ‘Kannur Squad,’ Mammootty said now people will tell that you were my body double for the action sequences in this movie.” This comment showcases the nature of the rumors and how they have affected their interactions.
Tini Tom emphasized that he has repeatedly clarified to many people that he is not Mammootty's regular body double. Despite his efforts, the trolling continues unabated, leading to a souring of their once-strong friendship. He lamented the negative mindset of the trollers, stating, “People should change their mentality. If they keep on thinking of negative aspects for everything, then their whole life will be negative only.”
