'They keep hurting our faith': PM Modi attacks opposition's INDIA bloc

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday slammed the

opposition alliance

and accused the INDIA (Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance) bloc parties of hurting religious sentiments and hindering growth and development in the country. "INDI alliance only knows one thing.... they keep hurting our faith. They made our temples and festivals mediums for their loot,"

PM Modi

said at the Bharatiya Janata Party's Mahila Conference at Naikkanal in Kerala.

The Prime Minister also attacked Kerala's CPM government. "The kind of politics that is being played with 'Thrissur Pooram' is unfortunate. Mismanagement that has come to light in Sabarimala where devotees are facing a lot of inconvenience. This points to the disability of the state govt here," PM Modi said.
