Tecno has launched the Tecno Pop 8 smartphone in India, expanding its entry-level lineup. The smartphone features a 90Hz display and is powered by an octa-core chipset. It comes in Gravity Black and Mystery White color options, priced at Rs 6,499. The smartphone will be available for purchase online from Amazon.in starting January 9, 2024. For a limited time, it will be offered at a discounted price of Rs 5,999. The Tecno Pop 8 has a 6.6-inch HD+ display, Unisoc T606 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB internal storage expandable up to 256GB. It runs on Android 13 with HiOS 13 and has dual SIM support. The smartphone sports a 12MP rear camera, 8MP front shooter, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support.

Tecno Pop 8 specifications

Tecno Pop 8 features a 6.6-inch HD+ display with 1612x720 pixel resolution. The display comes with a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T606 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM.
The smartphone offers 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB by adding a microSD card. Tecno Pop 8 runs Android 13 operating system topped with company’s own layer of HiOS 13.
The entry-level smartphone comes with dual SIM support and it sports a 12MP rear camera and secondary AI lens. Front is home to an 8MP front shooter with dual LED flash.
