Global superstar Taylor Swift expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the city of Milan and its enthusiastic fans via an Instagram post on July 16. The Grammy award winning artist wrapped up two sold-out shows of her highly anticipated Eras Tour at the San Siro Stadium on July 13 and 14.

Taylor wrote, "WOW. MILAN. Those were truly 2 of my favorite crowds ever. The passion and generosity you showed usâ€æ it was a dream come true to perform for you. Grazi mille!! We’ll be back!! (sic)."

In a previous video captured by a fan, the stadium could be seen visibly shaking, marking her energetic performance and aura. The 'Blank Space' singer shared a post on her Instagram handle to thank the Italian crowd, calling them her "favorite crowds ever."

This is not the first time the singer has experienced such profound affection. The fans' attachment to her albums goes back a long way. It was the Milan fans' enthusiasm and energy that impressed the singer. During her performance, she also happened to break the piano. "We have finally broken this thing," Swift told the crowd while looking underneath the piano's lid.

The Eras Tour, which began in March 2023, has been making waves across the globe and was praised for its high production value. However, it's Swift's bond with her fans, also known as Swifties, that has truly set the tour apart. Not just that, several fans have credited the singer for positively impacting their lives.

Taylor Swift is set to perform three consecutive shows in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, from July 17 to July 19, 2024, and will then travel to Hamburg and Munich.
