NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Two Take 5 top-prize winning tickets worth $18,126.50 were sold in Brooklyn and Rego Park for the Thursday TAKE 5 evening drawing, lottery officials announced.

The first winning ticket was sold at the Windhorse Gas Station, Inc. at 569 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn.

The second winning ticket was sold at Anw Deli & Fruit LLC at 9908 63rd Road in Rego Park.

Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their winning prize.

Anyone who needs help or knows someone who may need help with gambling addiction or problem gambling can visit the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports website, call the 24-7 hotline 1-877-8-HOPENY or text 467369.
