Staten Island woman digs through trash to find wallet: DSNY

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) – Sanitation workers helped a Staten Island woman find her lost wallet in the trash, according to the DSNY.

DSNY workers held the truck after the woman called, allowing her to dig through heaps of trash to find the wallet, officials said.

"She looked for the 'needle in the haystack'… and success!" the DSNY said on X.
