Staten Island drivers fight for exemptions in congestion pricing plan

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Staten Island drivers wouldn't be eligible for any exemptions under the congestion pricing plan approved by the MTA last week.

The next phase of the plan is public hearings scheduled in February, with new tolls expected to go into effect in the spring. Staten Island Borough President Vito Fossella discusses his fight for more exemptions.
