NEW YORK (PIX11) --- Standing in a crowded bar in New York City could set you back a few beers, but standing in Madison Square Garden for a Knicks playoff game this weekend might cost you close to $1,000.
Standing-room-only tickets for Game 3 of the Knicks vs. Celtics at the Garden on Saturday afternoon are going for over $800, according to TickPick.
Knicks fans can snatch actual seats for around $600, the cheapest prices on Gametime. If you want to get a little closer to the action, courtside seats are going for $42,000.
Upper-bowl seating ranges from $700 to $900 at most of the ticket vendors, including StubHub, Gametime and TickPick.
If you can't make it to a game, the Knicks are hosting a free block party with big screens at Knicks Plaza on 33rd Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues.
The Knicks are up 2-0 after two dramatic comebacks against the Celtics in Boston this week. The Eastern Conference semifinals head to New York City for Games 3 and 4 at Madison Square Garden on Saturday and Monday, respectively.
Mikal Bridges scored all of his 14 points in the fourth quarter before making his second straight game-clinching steal, and the New York Knicks overcame a 20-point deficit again to beat the Boston Celtics 91-90 on Wednesday night.
