Simulated boom set to go off in Queens: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) – A simulated explosion is planned for Tuesday in Queens, according to the NYPD.

A media production company will be simulating an explosion and fireball effect near 95th Avenue and 150th Street, according to authorities.

The booms are planned for 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
