adds another feather to the tech-savvy pitches in the show. Young boys
Hitarth Parikh
, Chahil Patel and Harsheet Maliwal come with their intriguing sports analytic product. Before giving details, they put forth their ask as Rs 10 Lakhs for 1% equity at the valuation of Rs 10 Crores. Their digitized product is a laser assistive training device. It helps the sports person to understand their agility, fitness and more.
Anupam looks at the three and asks, "I don't understand, you three are into sports and health tech but you guys aren't fit, or doing exercise. What is your age? aadha ghanta workout bhi nahi lagta hai." Hitarth says, "Sir, jo best hair dresser hota hai, woh ganja hota hai. 2 saal humne laga diye yeh banane mein."
Hitarth then gives them a demo, when he was about to show the last mode of his device he invites Amit to do the fitness drill. Anupam gets sad, Namita tells him, 'don't feel offended'. Anupam then tells Hitarth to start with high intensity for Amit, "aap jaante nahi ho, solid aadmi hai yeh." While Amit does the drill, Aman says, "Isko on rakho 10 min." Namita, Aman, Anupam and Vineeta enjoy this moment. After the drill, Amit tries to catch his breathe, Anupam jokes, "Bhai unit economics nahi puchega aaj."
Hitarth then reveals that the product got ideated looking at a cat and its curiosity with the laser lights. Anupam and Aman are extremely impressed. Hitarth then gives an insight into what is his vision for the product and why he holds the highest shares in the company. While talking about the funding, Hitarth mentions that they got Rs 45 Lakhs in grants from the Government. Anupam mentions, "Government is giving grants to everyone except me."
Aman makes his first offer says, "At your age, I had no idea about what should I do and you guys are all sorted." His offer is the dream deal. Vineeta gives another offer, Rs 50 Lakhs for 5% equity. Namita doubles the valuation, Rs 20 Lakhs for 1%. Vineeta matches the offer. Amit then has questions for the pitchers. Namita says, "Aise investors chahiye jo bohot questions puchte hai ya aise chahiye jo believe karte hai?"
All the sharks hurry to make Hitarth accept an offer, but Amit still continues with his questions. Vineeta stops him and tells Hitarth, "I'll give you 20 mins to answer Amit's questions but first accept an offer." Aman says, "After accepting my offer, I will stand there and answer his questions." Amit then gives the dream offer while Anupam cracks the code and offers Rs 1 cr for 5% equity. Aman revises the offer of Rs 25 lakhs for 1%.
While the pitchers go to discuss, Aman says, "This is the first time we have doubled the valuations." Anupam says, "10-20% badhao na yaar, why are you doubling the valuation?" Amit points at Namita, Aman says, "You have started a new game Namita." While the pitchers come, Namita says in Gujarati, "Don't forget Hitarth, I doubled your valuation."

Hitarth chooses Aman over the sharks. Namita says, "I doubled your valuation and you chose him." Anupam says, "Acchi khaasi deal aayi thi, sharks ne apne pairon pe kulhadi maar di. Tumhe 1cr mil raha tha, kya leke jaa rahe ho. Woh kabhi gym ke andar hi nahi gaya hai." Aman jokes, "I will go to the gym from tomorrow."
