Virender Sehwag
is known for not mincing his words and the former India opener was at his hilarious best while doing hindi commentary in the

.

Sehwag took a humorous jibe at PBKS saying that his pace of scoring runs slowed down due to the team's lackluster performances.
"Jab mein Punjab mein gaya tab mera strike rate kam ho gaya. Woh kehte hai na ki jaisi sangati waisa behave karte ho. Toh waha ki sangati waisi hi thi. Jeet te the nahi, khel te acha the nahi, toh mera game aur thoda kharab ho gaya," Sehwag said while speaking on Star Sports.
Sehwag represented Punjab Kings for two seasons before retiring following IPL 2015. Throughout his IPL career spanning 104 matches, he accumulated 2728 runs at an impressive strike rate of 155.44.
He was a part of the team when Punjab under captaincy of Australia's George Bailey finished runners-up in 2014. Sehwag also served Punjab as mentor from 2016 to 2018.
Punjab Kings, Delhi Capitals and RCB are the only teams in IPL history yet to clinch the coveted title.
Punjab suffered a four-wicket defeat against RCB in their second match of the season in Bengaluru on Monday after
Virat Kohli
played a match-winning knock of 77 off 49 balls.
