See it: NYPD helicopter pursues stolen car in Queens

QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) – An NYPD helicopter pursued a stolen car after it was flagged by a plate reader on the Verrazzano Bridge Monday, according to authorities.
The chopper followed the car into Queens, police said. The driver stopped the car at one point to get out and take photos of the pursuing helicopter, according to authorities.
The driver then did a U-turn, went the wrong way and sped into a parking garage, police said.
Officers on the ground managed to find the suspect and put him in handcuffs, according to authorities.
