See it: Fire erupts from rooftop in Harlem

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A four-alarm fire broke out in Harlem Wednesday night, according to the FDNY.

The fire was reported around 8:57 p.m. at West 139th Street and Lenox Avenue, officials say. Operations were ongoing as of 11 p.m.

The fire was reported on the first three floors but spread to another building, fire officials say. 170 fire and EMS personnel responded.

Officials are cautioning residents to expect smoke and traffic delays in the area.
