Saquon Barkley signs new contract with Philadelphia Eagles: reports

NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Running back Saquon Barkley is headed from the New York Giants for the division rival Philadelphia Eagles, according to multiple reports.

Barkley reached a three-year deal worth up to $46.75 million, with $26 million fully guaranteed, according to ESPN reports.

The NFL also reported the signing, pairing Barkley up with quarterback Jalen Hurts, wide receiver A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith after the departure of D'Andre Swift.

The deal cannot become official until the start of the NFL's new league year on March 13 at 4 p.m.
