According to a report by Gizmochina, the support page for the

smartphone has gone live in India. The report also suggests that the smartphone with the model number SM-G556B has received
BIS certification
in India. This hints that the company may soon launch the Galaxy XCover 7 smartphone in the country.

The Samsung Galaxy XCover 7 features a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. The display includes wet touch and glove mode functionality and is safeguarded by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+.
This robust smartphone is driven by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, coupled with up to 6GB of RAM. It provides ample storage with 128GB internal capacity, expandable up to 1TB using a microSD card.
Running on the Android 14 operating system, layered with Samsung's One UI 6, the dual SIM device includes a customization key.
