Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran's recently released film, 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire', is continuing its run in theatres for the third week. The film is still struggling to enter the Rs 400-crore club in India. It looks like it will take one more day to reach the milestone. According to reports, Prashanth Neel's 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' has surpassed the Rs 700-crore mark worldwide.
'SALAAR' STILL CRAWLS TOWARDS RS 400-CRORE MARK IN INDIA

'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' is still crawling towards the Rs 400 crore-mark in India. The film is in its third week of theatrical run and it is still putting up decent numbers at the box office. According to the early estimates, the action thriller is estimated to have earned Rs 2.15 crore net in India on January 9.
The 19-day total collection of 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' now stands at Rs 397.80 crore net in India. On January 9, the Telugu version of the film recorded an occupancy of 15.29 per cent in India.

ALL ABOUT 'SALAAR'
'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' is an action-packed drama written and helmed by Prashanth Neel of 'KGF' fame. This film marks the first collaboration between Prashanth and the film's heroes, Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumran. Apart from them, the film also features Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Mime Gopi, Sriya Reddy and several others in important roles.
The film's second part is titled Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam'. Details about the sequel's shooting are still awaited.
Produced by Hombale Films, 'Salaar' was reportedly made on a humongous budget of Rs 400 crore.
