Prior to this innings, Rohit had accumulated 977 runs across 33 innings, maintaining an average of 32.56, whereas Kohli boasted 1030 runs from 27 innings, with an impressive average of 51.50 against Delhi.
The Indian skipper Rohit also has more than 1000 runs to his name against Kolkata Knight Riders. On the other hand, Kohli has also managed to score 1000 runs against Chennai Super Kings.
DC opener David Warner achieved the feat against Punjab Kings and KKR.
