The buyer enlisted the services of

from The Beverly Hills Estates, and Robb Report was the first to break the news of the sale.
Suki Waterhouse surprised fans with the pregnancy revelation during her appearance at the
Corona Capital Festival
in Mexico in November. In a fan-captured video, she coyly mentioned, "I'm extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that's going on." She then unveiled her baby bump, generating cheers from the crowd. The couple, together for over five years, has been dating since July 2018.
The recently sold two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence, spanning nearly 2,000 sq. ft., retains its characteristic terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.
