Registration opens for Times Square vow renewal ceremony

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) – Couples will soon be able to say "I do" all over again at the crossroads of the world.
Registration is now open for the annual vow renewal ceremony in Times Square. Organizers with the Times Square Alliance also invite couples for surprise proposals and weddings.
Those wishing to pop the big question can also submit their stories to be considered for a message across one of Times Square's massive billboards.
The ceremony will happen on Valentine's Day at the iconic red steps.
