in India. The Redmi Pad comes in three variants and all of them have got a price cut. The tablet sports a 2K LCD screen and is powered by a MediaTek chipset.
New Price
The Chinese smartphone maker launched the Redmi Pad in three variants — 3GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB priced at Rs 14,999, Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999 respectively.

The 3GB version of the tablet has received a price cut of Rs 2,000 and it is now selling at Rs 12,999. On the other hand, the 4GB variant has got a price cut of Rs 3,000 and it can be purchased at Rs 14,999. Lastly, the 6GB variant has also received a price drop of Rs 3,000 and it is selling at Rs 16,999. The Redmi Pad comes in Graphite Grey, Moonlight Silver and Mint Green colour options. The smartphone maker is also offering an instant discount of Rs 1,500 on ICICI Bank.
Redmi Pad specifications

The Redmi Pad boasts a 10.61-inch 2K display with a 90Hz refresh rate, certified for low light by TÜV Rheinland and featuring built-in SGS eye protection. Additionally, it is equipped with Widevine L1 certification, ensuring the highest resolution streaming on OTT platforms. Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.

For capturing moments, the Redmi Pad features an 8MP ultra-wide angle front camera with a 105-degree field-of-view and FocusFrame technology for automatic subject tracking. Dual-microphones with one dedicated to noise reduction and an in-built document scanner enhance functionality.
Running on MIUI 13 based on Android 12, the Redmi Pad offers three years of security updates and two milestone MIUI updates over a three-year period. Notable software features include Split Screen, Floating Windows, Multi-Window, and a Reading Mode to reduce eye strain.
With an 8,000mAh battery supporting 18W fast charging (22.5W charger included), the Redmi Pad ensures extended usage. Connectivity options include dual-band WiFi 5, Bluetooth v5.3, and a Type-C port, complemented by a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos for immersive audio experiences.
