NEW YORK (PIX11) --- An NYPD letter confirms reckless behavior by the paparazzi while they chased Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during a visit to New York City.
The paparazzi used cars, scooters, and bikes to follow the couple, forcing their driver to take action. There were no arrests.
