to their unwavering support and encouragement.

Making his Test debut in the third Test at Rajkot, Jurel showcased his batting prowess with a crucial knock of 46, contributing to India's comprehensive victory by 434 runs.
However, it was in the fourth Test where Jurel truly shone. His vital innings of 90 in the first innings, coupled with a resilient partnership with
Kuldeep Yadav
, played a pivotal role in narrowing England's lead to just 46 runs.
Additionally, his unbeaten 39 in the second innings, alongside
Shubman Gill
, propelled India to a tense run chase victory of 192, earning him the prestigious 'Player of the Match' award in only his second Test appearance.
Jurel's success on the field has been complemented by his vocal appreciation for his parents' sacrifices and support.
Earlier in January, upon receiving his first international call-up for the Test series against England, Jurel took to Twitter to express his gratitude, acknowledging his parents' sacrifices and their instrumental role in shaping his cricketing journey.
"I promise this is just the start. Mummy, papa, aap dono se zamaana hai. Aur abhi bohot naam kamaana hai!" expressed Jurel in a heartfelt tweet earlier, highlighting the profound impact of his parents' support on his cricketing aspirations.
With the fifth and final Test looming at Dharamshala from March 7, Jurel remains focused and determined to continue making his parents proud with his performances on the cricket field.
