NEW DELHI: For the past few years during the IPL season, the question on everyone's mind is: Will MS Dhoni return for the next IPL? Despite ongoing speculation from cricket experts and pundits about his future, the former CSK captain constantly defies their predictions, continuing to play and perform.
The questions are being raised about Dhoni's fitness when he was spotted limping after the match against Mumbai Indians.

As the players were heading towards the team bus, former Indian batsman

Suresh Raina

was spotted assisting Dhoni.
In a video shared by CSK, Raina can be seen offering support to Dhoni as he makes his way onto the team bus after the hard-fought victory on Sunday.

When Raina was posed with the question about whether he believes Dhoni will retire after this IPL season or continue playing next year. Pat came the reply "Khelenge", said Raina during the discussion on Jio Cinema.
Dhoni has been grappling with a persistent knee issue. During the intense encounter against their fierce competitors, MI, his left leg was tightly wrapped, indicating the severity of his condition.
Raina recently revealed an interesting exchange he had with Dhoni about the Bhojpuri commentary in

"MS Dhoni was discussing Bhojpuri commentary. He said, 'Bahut hi gajabe commentary kar rahe Bhojpuriya me.' I told him Haryanwi is also nice," Raina said while speaking on JioCinema.
CSK bowling consultant Eric Simmons on Monday admitted Dhoni has been struggling with his knee injury but he has battled it bravely while not showing any pain.
"Everyone else is more interested in his injuries than he is. He's one of the hardest men I've ever come across. I don't even think we know to what extent he may or may not be in pain. He just carries on and does his thing," he said.
