Fazilpuria challenged Rao Inderjeet Singh, saying, "I am fighting against big parties and big leaders, but with the love and support of the people, we will give them a tough fight."
The nomination was attended by a large number of supporters, including youngsters, women, and people from various parts of the constituency. Singer and songwriter Millind Gaba, Punjabi singer Aman Girik, and Haryanvi singer Rajender Singh Kharakiya were also present to show their support for Rahul Yadav Fazilpuria.

Former Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana and JJP leader Dushyant Chautala highlighted the struggles faced by the people of Gurgaon, despite the city being labeled as a smart city and millennium city. He urged the voters to give a chance to a party and a leader who can effectively raise their voice. Chautala also pointed out that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has stopped talking about their slogan "Abki Baar 400 Par" after two phases of the election.
Dushyant Chautala, in support of Fazilpuria's candidature, emphasized the need for change in Gurgaon's representation, drawing a contrast between the 33-year-old Rahul Yadav Fazilpuria and the 72-year-old veteran, Rao Inderjeet Singh. He also criticized the Congress candidate Raj Babbar, referring to him as a "Purana Radio" and an outsider.

According to his affidavit, Rahul Yadav Fazilpuria, known for his flamboyant lifestyle and high-end cars, has total assets of Rs 4.27 crores, including Rs 1.63 crores of movable property and Rs 2.64 crores of immovable property. He started filing IT returns from the 2020-21 fiscal year, with an income of Rs 5 lakh, Rs 3.19 lakh in 2021-22, and Rs 3.24 lakh in 2022-23.
Fazilpuria has one case registered against him at Badshahpur police station on March 30 for using a snake in a music video. He owns a Maruti Ciaz, a Royal Enfield, and gold jewellery worth Rs 8.72 lakh, with just Rs 2.35 lakh in cash.
