Probe agency issues 4th summons to Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi liquor policy case

The Enforcement Directorate, issued a fourth summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the liquor policy case. Arvind Kejriwal had earlier skipped January 3 questioning, saying that the summons issued by the probe agency were illegal, and the only aim was to arrest him.
