Police responded to a domestic dispute between two brothers on Beach 54th Street between Elizabeth Avenue and Beach Channel Drive at about 10:50 a.m., according to the NYPD and Adams.

Police discharged a round and struck one man in the stomach, Adams said. The man was rushed to an area hospital just before 11 a.m. but was not likely to survive, according to Adams and the FDNY.
