Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday attended the wedding of actor-politician Suresh Gopi's daughter in Kerala, where prominent stars from the Malayalam cinema industry were also present.
PM Modi presented garlands to the couple, which they exchanged during the ceremony and blessed the newlyweds. Notable Malayalam film personalities, including Mammootty, Mohanlal, and Dileep, were in also attendance.
Modi also bestowed blessings and offered sweets to a couple who had tied the knot at the temple before the wedding of Suresh Gopi's daughter.
The famous Lord Krishna shrine was under tight police security since early morning ahead of the PM's visit.
