Person fell under train in Brooklyn subway station: NYPD

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) --- A person slipped and fell onto the train tracks in a Brooklyn subway station on Thursday, officials said.

The incident happened at the Gates Avenue subway station at 1329 Broadway at around 2:10 p.m., according to the FDNY. J trains were running with delays in both directions, according to the MTA.

Police said the person was between train cars when they slipped and fell onto the tracks. The person was taken to a hospital with minor injuries, police said.
