users took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to highlight the issue. The users revealed that they incurred losses and also demanded compensation from the company.
The users complained that both the website and app of the online trading platform is now working.

The company has acknowledged the issue and also posted about the same on X. Groww’s X account posted that they are working on resolving the technical glitch faced by its users. The company also assured the users that it will back to normal operations shortly.
