last year in October. The smartphone came with Android 13 operating system out-of-the-box. The Chinese smartphone maker has now started rolling out

Android 14 update

for the foldable smartphone.
The company posted on the community forum about the Android 14 update. The company has announced that it has started rolling out the stable Android 14 update for the smartphone.

“We're very excited to release OxygenOS 14 to the OnePlus Open officially. This build will be firstly pushed directly to users who participated in the Close Beta and Open Beta versions, and then it'll be gradually pushed to more users. This update is already rolling out in the IN region, and we will keep you posted on the progress in the thread,” posted the company on the forum.
The company has also asked the user to maintain at least 30% battery and up to 5GB of space before installing the update.

The OnePlus users in India will have to wait for the Android 14 update. However, the company has asked the Indian users to apply for the update to install the beta version.

  • Upgrades Aquamorphic Design with a natural, gentle, and clearer color style for a more comfortable color experience.
  • Adds Aquamorphic-themed ringtones and revamps the system notification sounds.
  • Improves system animations by making them even smoother.

User Care


  • Adds a carbon tracking AOD that visualizes the carbon emissions you avoid by walking instead of driving.
