The OnePlus 12 is all set to launch in India on January 23 and the company has confirmed that it will host a 'Smooth Beyond Belief' event at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. Here, there will also be experience zones that will be available for people from 5:30PM. This time around, OnePlus will also allow users to attend its biggest event of 2024 and it will not just be reserved for media. Here are the details regarding how you can buy the ticket and what to expect from the upcoming OnePlus 12 phone.

OnePlus has announced that there will be community tickets for people to attend its upcoming "Smooth Beyond Belief" launch event on January 23. The company will start selling the tickets for OnePlus 12 event starting January 3.

People who are interested in attending the event can secure their early-bird seats for the event via PayTM Insider and OnePlus.in. Additionally, those who have Red Cable Club RCC membership will be able to buy the tickets at half the price, which basically means they will get 50 percent off on OnePlus.in. The rest of the details regarding the sale of the tickets will be revealed soon.

OnePlus 12 India launch on January 23: Specifications

The OnePlus 12 was recently announced in China. So, we know the specifications of the device. The flagship phone features a 6.82-inch QHD+ 2K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This one has an LTPO display, and it has support for 1Hz to 120Hz refresh rate. This will automatically get adjusted based on the content on the screen. The screen even has support for a peak brightness of 4,500nits, making it othe brightest display in the industry. Additionally, the panel also has support for Dolby Vision, 10Bit Color Depth, ProXDR, 2160Hz PWM dimming. The company has retained the design of the OnePlus 11 and introduced the new phone in different colours.

The OnePlus 12 is powered by Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It is backed by the latest LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage solutions for better speeds. The company also revealed that its new OnePlus 12 smartphone has a Dual Cryo-velocity Cooling system that "improves in cooling surface area, cooling material, and structure design" for a better gaming experience.

For photography, there is a triple camera system. This includes a 50-megapixel LYT808 Sony sensor, a 64-megapixel OV64B sensor with a 3x periscope telephoto camera. In addition to this, there is also a third camera - a 48-megapixel IMX581 ultra-wide camera. The camera setup is the same as the OnePlus Open smartphone.
